There is a great technique called "gamsol magic" using prismacolors and OMS (odorless mineral spirits). Even though the OMS is odorless, it's still something that should be used in ventilated area. That and I tend to be prone to headaches anyway so I use the baby oil instead. It works the same it's just a safer option.
